1. About OPD Track
OPD Track is a queue management and live queue information service provided by NovaSolve Technologies.
OPD Track enables participating clinics, hospitals, laboratories and doctors to manage their patient queues and allows patients to view available queue information.
2. Nature of the Service
OPD Track is a technology platform for queue management and communication. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, emergency medical services or other professional medical services.
3. Use of Queue Information
Queue information displayed through OPD Track is provided by participating healthcare establishments or their authorized users.
Queue status, token numbers, estimated waiting information and related information may change and may not always be accurate or current.
Users should contact the relevant clinic, hospital, laboratory or doctor directly when they require confirmation of an appointment, queue status or other healthcare-related information.
4. User Accounts and OTP Verification
Certain features of OPD Track require account authentication using a one-time password (OTP).
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring that the mobile number used for authentication is under their control or that they are authorized to use it.
OTPs are intended only for authentication and must not be shared with other persons.
5. Clinic and Healthcare Establishment Users
Clinics, hospitals, laboratories and doctors using OPD Track are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information they enter into the service.
Such users must ensure that they have the necessary authority and lawful basis to provide patient information to OPD Track for queue management purposes.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- use OPD Track for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of OPD Track;
- submit false, misleading or unauthorized information;
- attempt to circumvent security or authentication mechanisms; or
- use the service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
OPD Track, its name, branding, software, website design, text, graphics and related materials are owned by or licensed to NovaSolve Technologies.
No part of OPD Track may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that OPD Track will always be available or uninterrupted.
Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, network failures, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NovaSolve Technologies shall not be responsible for losses arising from temporary service interruptions, inaccurate or outdated queue information supplied by users, communication failures, or reliance on queue information for medical or other decisions.
10. Changes to the Service
NovaSolve Technologies may modify, suspend or discontinue features of OPD Track when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in India.
