This Privacy Policy explains how NovaSolve Technologies ("NovaSolve Technologies", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information in connection with OPD Track.
OPD Track is a queue management and live queue information platform for clinics, hospitals, laboratories, doctors and their patients.
We are committed to collecting only information that is reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how OPD Track is used, we may collect the following categories of information.
2.1 Account and Authentication Information
When a clinic or authorized user creates or accesses an OPD Track account, we may collect:
- mobile phone number;
- name or account name, where provided;
- authentication and account information;
- information required to operate the user's account.
2.2 Clinic and Establishment Information
For participating healthcare establishments, we may collect information such as:
- clinic, hospital, laboratory or doctor's name;
- contact person's name;
- contact phone number;
- email address;
- city, area and address;
- queue and service configuration.
2.3 Patient and Queue Information
Participating healthcare establishments may enter limited patient information required for queue management, such as:
- patient name;
- patient contact number, where the clinic chooses to provide it;
- token number;
- queue position;
- appointment or queue-related information;
- timestamps associated with queue activity.
OPD Track is designed to support queue management and does not require users to enter medical diagnoses, prescriptions, laboratory reports, medical history, vital signs or other clinical records as part of the core queue functionality.
2.4 Information Provided Through the Website
When you use the OPD Track website, you may provide information such as a city or the name of a clinic, hospital, laboratory or doctor when searching for queue information.
2.5 Device and Technical Information
Depending on the platform and technical configuration, limited technical information may be processed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
OPD Track does not intentionally collect device location, contacts, microphone recordings, camera data, health sensor data or Health Connect data for its core queue-management functionality.
3. Health Information
OPD Track is a healthcare queue-management application. Its core functionality is to manage and display queue information.
OPD Track does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations or medical advice.
OPD Track does not require access to Health Connect, fitness sensors, heart-rate data, sleep data, menstrual data, medication data, medical records or similar health-data sources for its core functionality.
Healthcare establishments using OPD Track are responsible for ensuring that information they enter into the platform is collected and used lawfully and with the appropriate authority.
4. How We Use Information
We use information only for purposes reasonably necessary to provide and operate OPD Track, including:
- authenticating authorized users;
- sending OTPs for account verification;
- providing queue-management functionality;
- displaying queue information to patients;
- managing clinic and service configuration;
- maintaining security and preventing unauthorized access;
- troubleshooting and improving reliability;
- responding to support requests; and
- complying with applicable legal obligations.
5. WhatsApp OTP and Third-Party Service Providers
OPD Track may use third-party service providers to deliver one-time passwords (OTPs) through WhatsApp or other supported communication channels.
When an OTP is requested, the mobile phone number may be transmitted to the relevant messaging or OTP service provider for the purpose of delivering and processing the OTP.
We currently use third-party infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate the application, including cloud database, hosting and OTP/messaging services.
These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable contractual obligations.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information or health information to advertisers.
Information may be shared with or processed by service providers that are necessary for operating OPD Track, including:
- cloud infrastructure and database providers;
- hosting providers;
- OTP and messaging service providers;
- technical service providers required to operate or secure the service; and
- government authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by applicable law.
We do not use patient or health-related information for advertising or targeted advertising.
7. Patient Information and Healthcare Establishments
When a clinic, hospital, laboratory or doctor enters patient information into OPD Track, that healthcare establishment is responsible for ensuring that it has the appropriate legal authority and permissions to collect and use that information.
OPD Track processes such information to provide the queue-management functionality requested by the participating establishment.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Information transmitted between supported applications and our servers is protected using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
Access to backend data is restricted through authentication and access-control mechanisms appropriate to the service.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain account functionality, resolve disputes, maintain security, and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
When an account or associated data is deleted, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information within a reasonable period, subject to information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain.
Limited information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or system logs until those backups are automatically overwritten or the information is otherwise removed in accordance with our retention practices.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request:
- access to personal information associated with their account;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of their account and associated personal information; and
- information about how their data is processed.

11. Account Deletion
Users who have created an OPD Track account may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
Account deletion requests can be submitted through our public Account Deletion page or by contacting support@opdtrack.com .
After verifying the request, we will process the deletion in accordance with our applicable data retention obligations.
12. Children's Privacy
OPD Track is not designed as a children's application and does not knowingly collect children's personal information for independent account creation.
A healthcare establishment may enter patient information into the service as part of its legitimate queue-management activities. The healthcare establishment is responsible for complying with applicable requirements when providing such information.
13. Cookies and Tracking
The OPD Track website does not intentionally use cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.
Essential technical mechanisms may be used where necessary for website or application functionality.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements or privacy practices.
